The water towers, Syracuse’s unofficial designated graffiti area. Most of the quality pieces have been covered by years of meaningless scribbles. Other than the crude drawings of penises, I don’t think the graffiti is negative.

Not so bad in this case. Having an area where people can practice writing graffiti may keep them from writing in other areas of the city.
